As Wisconsin's largest shelter, the Milwaukee Rescue Mission sustains a completely donor-funded budget ($7,470,913 in 2008) and receives no government funding, except for the CTA families who participate in the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program. Individuals, businesses, churches and foundations all enable MRM to serve thousands of homeless men, women and children each year.
