FOCUS helps men rejoin the community
LifeSkills graduates continue their journey to stability by moving into FOCUS (Following Our Commitment Under Supervision) program. A six-month transitional living program, FOCUS helps men take more responsibility for their own lives and success. In this program, LifeSkills graduates receive additional support and guidance to help them make a successful transition back into the community. Its comprehensive services help men:
- Secure employment
- Manage their finances
- Find strength through Christian counseling
- Restore broken relationships

Latoya's Story
Latoya never expected to need a shelter--until she lost her job, and her unemployment benefits ran out before she could find another. She went to a temp agency, but there wasn’t enough work. The family lost their apartment.
